Cristala Mussato-Alllen is a healing practitioner of mixed heritage...her father is Caddo Nation of Oklahoma and her mother was born in Sicily. She is a traditional Aiutana (aye-oo-tawn-a), which in Sicilian means "helper" or "those who help" ...aka licensed bodyworker, folk herbalist, herbal genealogist, doula and evil eye cleansing specialist. These healing traditions are dependent on the practitioner having a good understanding of, and relationship with the spirit and plant worlds. Cristala infuses the gift of "second sight" into her sessions and has worked on over 25,000 people in the last 25 years. Sicilian healing is sometimes called Benedicaria which translates to "Way of Blessing". She is ceremonially active in her father's culture as well and has sat up in sweats and peyote meetings for over thirty years.
