Hosting a STEM Day
For Educators

Learn how Google partnered with cultural institutions to create a "Geek Fair" celebrating STEM education in this video from Metro Focus . The focus of the fair was providing hands-on activities for children. Activities included operating a robot, building circuits, solving math puzzles and studying fossils. By getting children interested in science and technology, the organizers hope to inspire more people to study these fields in the future.  Learn More

Antonyms and Synonyms
Grades 3-5

Students will learn about synonyms and antonyms through physical activity in this engaging video. The teacher calls out a series of commands. First, the students perform the synonyms (the same as the movement called out) and then they go through the same list of commands and the students have to perform the antonym (the opposite of the movement called out).
