425 Rose Hearing Postponed Until July Board Meeting
Due to changes in the design plans and operating procedures of the proposed restaurant for 425 E. Rose Avenue, the VNC President, LUPC Chair, Zoning Administrator and Applicant have agreed this project needs an extension for further community examination.
This project, CASE Number ZA-2014-1877, must be presented before LUPC again prior to going before the Board on July 21st; and the Zoning Administrator will leave the case open until July 24th prior to making a determination.
The applicant has been working very closely with members of LUPC and the VNC in an effort to modify the design and operating procedures so they are more in tune with the neighbors' wants and needs. We thank you for your patience and look forward to additional community input of the modified project.
