Arma Dei Academy aims to glorify God by providing an excellent classical Christian education founded upon a biblical worldview which equips students to live purposefully and intelligently in service to God and others.
Chapel tomorrow at 8:15 A.M.
Arma Dei Academy includes the fine arts in all levels of studies. Each class performs a festival  that includes historical skits, recitations and songs directly related to their learning. These class festivals foster the students' core knowledge as creative demonstrations of their learning and presentation skills are honed.

Third Grade study of history includes Greece and Rome. During chapel tomorrow, students will present their roman architectural designs and celebrate the many gifts from Greece & Rome.

Welcome Incoming Head of School
Mr. Stephen Taylor
Stephen Taylor will be joining our community as Head of School on  July 1, 2017. He currently lives in Corpus Christi, TX, along with his wife Emily and two children, Ellena and Corin. He loves the outdoors, from snowboarding to canoeing, and is a voracious reader. His favorite place to camp is in the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota.

Mr. Taylor comes to us as an experienced leader and administrator with a passion for classical Christian education. For the past five years, he's been the Principal of the Schools of Logic & Rhetoric at Annapolis Christian Academy (ACA), an ACCS accredited PK-12 school. In his ten years as an educator, he's taught a combination of english, history, and computer classes to grades 6 - 12. He has also organized numerous clubs, retreats, and class trips.

During Mr. Taylor's tenure at ACA, he oversaw programmatic growth and improvement in a number of areas. Key accomplishments included revising the curriculum, introducing band and theater, leading the steering committee for ACCS re-accreditation and helping design the master campus expansion plan. He also worked closely with teachers to re-focus the School of Logic towards age-appropriate curriculum, resulting in increased student satisfaction and retention.

He earned his B.A. at Gordon College, majoring in English Language & Literature and Secondary Education. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was also recognized as an A.J. Gordon Scholar. The highlight of his undergrad years was studying art history in Orvieto, Italy for a semester. Mr. Taylor also holds an M.Ed. in Technology in Education from Lesley University and teacher certification from the Association of Classical & Christian Schools.
