Repurpose Those Wool Sweaters
Spring is here and summer is on its way. Now is the time to look through those closets and bureaus to weed out any old wool and cashmere sweaters you don’t wear anymore and donate them to the Prayer Shawl Ministry. We will repurpose the sweaters into mittens to be sold at the Holiday Fair and given to our local schools for children who need them. Don’t let holes or stains keep you from donating. Sweaters may be dropped off in the church office. Thanks for your support!

Children and Youth Sunday
This past Sunday, we had the great fortune of experiencing a worship led by our impressive young people. They did such a good job--it was a wonderful morning! A huge thank you to all the children and youth, to their families, and to the volunteer teachers and caregivers in the church family who help to support our young people and who contributed in making day such a success!
Although our regular Multiage Class is now ended for this program year, Sunday morning childcare will continue throughout the summer, with other fun and creative options being offered at different points throughout the summer for older children. ALSO - don't miss our last Parents' Night Out of THIS program year, scheduled for June 8th, from 6- 8:30 p.m.
Don't worry - our regular classes and Parents' Night Out will all be back in action in September! In the meantime, stay tuned for updates and fun things to do during the summer with your First Baptist family!
