Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Last Sunday I suggested that we, as a community, seek to dedicate our time in 2018 to the Lord through personal prayer time, regular worship, and observing the seasons of the Church Year. I know that this is challenging, but it is a worthy goal for us all, in order to have a more intimate relationship with God. If you missed the message, or any of those from Christmas, you may access them here.
The vestry and I would like to thank all of you who turned in pledge cards for 2018! We had a wonderful response.
The last two weekends, we have hosted refugees from various countries, who are on their way to relatives or friends in the U.S. The stories that we hear are often tragic, and the refugees are grateful to be hosted by Christians.
