Because the lessons it highlights should and do apply to just about everybody! Give us passion, show us that what we're doing makes a difference in the world, and we'll do everything humanly possible to contribute!

Purpose is one of our favorite topics at the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education. We teach about social entrepreneurship, and have a whole Diploma program aimed at arming people with the skills and inspiration they need to take their passion to the next level and start that impact-oriented project or business they always dreamed of.
Yet sometimes we all need a reminder. Find a way to do what you love, and make sure you're empowered to make it your own. If you manage others, recognize that they are closest to the problem, and therefore probably have the best solutions. When you care about what you do and take ownership over it, work stops being a burden.
