EdCaliber, a company that provides an online platform for K-12 teachers and administrators to leverage digital tools and resources, has been picked as a finalist for the annual Angel Oregon early-stage investment conference on April 18th. The winner receives a $250,000 investment, and the runner-up lands $85,000 in backing.
