Donations of Candy-Filled Easter Eggs Needed!
We need donations of candy-filled Easter Eggs for our Easter Egg hunt on Easter morning. Donations may be dropped off at the church office or in Gosnell Hall .


Donations of Easter Eggs (pre-filled with candy) are needed for our Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 16. Eggs may be dropped off at the church offices during the week orin the labelled bucket on Sunday morning in Gosnell Hall. Please include candy that is non-melting and nut-free as we are a nut-free campus. Contact the church office with questions.

Please attend your regular church service and then come over to Parish Hall for the Celebration Event.

All members of your household are invited to join us for food, drink and fellowship. A nursery will be provided and there are special activities for the children. There is no change for this Celebration.

Donations Needed for Jubilee Free Sale
Donate this Saturday, March 25 & Sunday, March 26 at Churchill Baptist. See below for more details.



Jubilee Free Sale donations may be dropped off at Churchill Baptist Church, 12400 Vista View, Saturday March 25th from 9 am to 4pm and on Sunday from 1 to 4 pm. They may also be brought on Friday, March 31 beginning at 6pm when we begin putting all the items out for Saturday.  Lots of volunteers are needed for Friday evening and Saturday, Apr. 1st, morning.

Ministry Sunday Rehearsal Reminder
Saturday, March 25 at 9am. 

For all who are carrying Ministry Banners and Cardboard Testimonies this Sunday rehearsal is Saturday, March 25th at 9AM.  Please gather in Gosnell Hall, bring banners if you still have them.  We will have your cardboard testimonies there. Plan on no more than an hour.

Spring Habitat for Humanity Build
Friday, March 31, through June 10!! Fridays & Saturdays, with the exception of Easter weekend!!

It is time to build another home!! The first day is Friday, March 31st, and will run every Friday and Saturday, except Easter weekend, through June 10th. This home is in honor of the ministry of Bp. Lillibridge.

Growing Together in Love Prayer Event
April 3 through April 8, 12:30pm to 1pm in the St. Thomas Sanctuary


We are very excited about our "Growing Together in Love" Campaign Prayer event, all during the week of Monday, April 3 through Saturday, April 8!  

Every day, from 12:30 to 1pm, join us in the St. Thomas sanctuary to pray as we ask, "Lord, what do you want to do through me?" We will pray for God's blessing over our capitol campaign and the needs of our St. Thomas Episcopal community. 

If you cannot attend on our campus, please pray with us wherever you are.


School Spring Book Fair

We will discuss "The Train to Crystal City " by Jan Jarboe Russell. This is a
true story about FDR's secret prison exchange program and America's only family interment camp during World War II ...an interesting factor of Texas history. All are welcome.....invite a friend.

Meet on Wednesday, April 5, at 10:30am in the library, to turn palm fronds into crosses for Palm Sunday! It's a lot of fun; we'd love for you to come join us! No experience necessary; we'll show you how!


Church & School Work Day

Our next workday is on Sat, April 8, from 8am to noon. Lots of projects to do before Easter!  We appreciate any extra hands. Bring hammers and gardening tools; gas-powered weed eaters (if available) are also helpful.

Holy Week and Easter Sunday Schedule
Special services all throughout Holy Week leading to Easter Sunday!


All your friends and family are welcome to come and celebrate worship with our congregation on Palm Sunday, marking the beginning of Holy Week.  

We will have a 7pm service on Maundy Thursday with foot washing, Good Friday service at noon and Tenebrae service at 7pm, and Stations of the Cross at 4pm, Holy Saturday Vigil at 7pm and finally, our Easter Sunday services at 8am and 10:30am with breakfast and fiesta happening at 9:15am.
