Thursday Update

Hurricane Harvey Support

White Rock Montessori (WRM) is working to determine the best ways that our community can help the victims of the catastrophic flooding in Houston and South Texas. We are currently collecting supplies for flood victims.

You can drop off supplies during drop off and/or pick up, or during the school day. Parent volunteers are needed to collect supplies during drop of and pick-up so that car line will not be disrupted. If you are able to help collect supplies, please   sign up here.

For financial donations, please go to  Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund

Needed Items:
      • new underwear (all sizes)
      • new socks (all sizes)
      • flip flops (all sizes)
      • new warm-ups for men, women, children and infants
      • baby formula and baby wipes, bottles, diapers
      • Graco Pack n' Plays for babies to sleep in

As WRM determines additional ways we may be of assistance, we will let you know. Thank you so much for your help.

PTO Volunteer Survey

As we kick off the school year, we are excited about all of the ways we are continuing to come together as a school and parent community.

We would love to know how/if you might want to participate in being an active part in our vision to guide our children to their fullest potential. The goal overall is to decrease the amount of time each parent spends volunteering by increasing the number of parents involved. If you could take a few moments to take this brief survey and share your perspective, it will help us better understand where and how you see yourself fitting into the vision.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.  -WRM PTO

WRM Community Care
Our eyes and ears for those in need

White Rock Montessori Community Care
One of the many great qualities about White Rock Montessori School  is the community formed among the families and staff here.

As part  of keeping with that wonderful culture, the PTO has an outreach  effort  called Community Care.  The purpose is to offer a helping hand to members of our community  in need of some support due to circumstances - happy, sad or  stressful - occurring in their lives. If you identify someone in our  community in need - family celebrating the arrival of a new baby, a  friend struggling with an illness or injury, or a member of our  community grieving a loss - please let me know. I am happy to  coordinate a meal calendar or other appropriate forms of support!
