Introduction to Pagan Theology

Theology-the study of Deity-calls us to make connections between reason and experience, between history and contemporary life, between our own traditions and practices and those of others. It is something we *do*-a practice by which we grow in deep understanding of our relationships with the divine and others, not a matter of mere theory.

Sages and Crones: Ministry To and For Older People

Pagans have begun to develop rites of passage for older Pagans, particularly croning rituals for woman, but support for older Pagans to enable them to play an active role in the community will become an increasingly important issue. In this Master's level course, you will become familiar with aging issues for the general population and how these may impact on Pagans and Paganism. The course will assist clergy in helping Pagans and Paganism to meet the challenge of old age and to develop models of spiritual development and maturity that can point the way to how the last third of life can be lived in a fulfilling and constructive way.

Beyond Bake Sales to Real Fundraising

Pagans in today's society are hard at work building the resources that will make their traditions sustainable for years to come, and that takes funding. Beyond Bake Sales to Real Fundraising is designed to open up a topic that is mysterious and frightening to many, and for others, fulfilling or even fun. All fundraising comes back to some basic concepts about relationships. Learn to understand one of the greatest taboos in western society and in so doing lose your fear of fundraising. Students will have the opportunity to design and get feedback on their own project.
