Valentine Berry Cake

Ingredients:

1 box cake mix or gluten free brownie mix*

Frosting:

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp. honey*
1 tsp. vanilla extract*
1 pint fresh strawberries or raspberries

Prepare one package cake or brownie mix according to directions.* Pour batter in to a greased heart-shaped pan (or 8 inch cake pan) and bake as directed on box.
Mix ricotta cheese in a heavy duty mixer until smooth. Add honey and vanilla. Frost cooled cake and decorate with berries. Serve sliced cake with additional berries if desired.
