If you're recovering from a sports-related injury or just want to add another component to your wellness regimen, add yoga. 

Yoga is a great way to support your chiropractic, massage therapy, and passive physical therapy treatments and get back to your performance level. Yoga classes at Dr. Duddey SportsCare Center are small, so you get personalized, individual attention from our registered yoga instructor and yoga therapist, Ashley McKeachie . Ask which class is right for you. Our Renew and Yoga Therapy classes can be used to ease into yoga or reintroduce gentle exercise to your routine after an injury.

Once you're back to peak performance, move up to our Re-Energize class to increase strength, enhance endurance, and gain flexibility. A few of our yogis have experienced improved performance as a result of practicing yoga regularly with Ashley. 

If you need to improve your sleeping habits, take our Relax class. It's the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. We've had reports that people who take this class get the "best sleep they've had in a long time."
