Once you're back to peak performance, move up to our
Re-Energize class to increase strength, enhance endurance, and gain flexibility. A few of our yogis have experienced improved performance as a result of practicing yoga regularly with Ashley.
If you need to improve your sleeping habits, take our
Relax class. It's the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. We've had reports that people who take this class get the "best sleep they've had in a long time."
