Touko Laaksonen: The Man Behind Tom of Finland, Galerie Judin has published a 126 page hardcover book.
Presented in the format of a sketchbook, it lets the viewer take an intimate glance over the artist's shoulder and share in his exuberant joie de vivre.
A panel including Pekka Strang (Actor, Tom of Finland movie), Susanna Luoto (Curator, Tom of Finland Foundation), Klaus Mueller (Salzburg Global LGBT Forum), Anu Koivunen, and Laura Hirvi (The Finnish Institute in Germany) discuss Tom of Finland.

Homoerotic fetish artist Tom of Finland died in 1991, but his spirit was alive and well at Lethal Amounts on Friday, Feb. 24. The artist's brand and the Westlake art gallery teamed up to launch a collection of T-shirts, sweatshirts and prints, plus a limited-edition zine.
