More and more all of us are receiving emails with new updates, products, services and special offers. And with the proliferation of Smartphones we can even receive this information “on-the-go”.
For Today Cleaners, social media has become such an important tool for us to connect with our customers. We also use email blasts and e-Newsletters to share information about our company, our employees, provide helpful tips and send out special offers. But, rather than just giving you information, we want to have a conversation with you. We at Today Cleaners work hard to invite our customers to comment, send questions and tell us how we can better serve you.
We are sensitive to the fact that too much e-communication is not welcome, so we only send information out via email once a month. Quarterly we send out our complete e-Newsletter, and the other months we send out an e-Exclusive with a special offer. By the way, these offers will always be BETTER than any of our other offers, so it is a valuable benefit to have your email address on file. You received this Today Cleaners e-Newsletter in your inbox, so you must already have your email address on file in your customer profile and we want to say Thank You for that. We are proactively seeking customer’s email addresses as we sign up all new customers and asking existing customers to update their customer profile information, including email addresses.

Today Cleaners is pleased to announce that for the second month in a row our store in the Vons Shopping Center at Coffee Road and Hageman (4550 Coffee Road, #1D) earned Store of the Month honors. Opened in 1996, this Today Cleaners store is four doors north of Vons. Features here include the GreenEarth cleaning system, a full-service laundry including new shirt finishing equipment, pant press for doing those starched western shirts and jeans and of course, In by 11 – Ready at 4 Service, 7 Days a Week.
Mariann Williford, Store Manager, began working for Today Cleaners in 2006 and was recently promoted to Manager at this location. She is extremely motivated and really works hard to exceed her customer's expectations and their monthly scores are reflective of that. Mariann and her staff compete with the other 9 Today Cleaners stores by earning the most points for quality, on-time performance, new customer data entry accuracy, sales growth and cost efficiencies among other measures. For winning Store of the Month the staff is treated to lunch on the boss and will be in the running for Store of the Year honors to be awarded in January, 2012. Congratulations to Mariann and her staff for winning this honor for two months in a row! |

Lori C. a Marketplace Today Cleaners customer recently brought in a tray of cookies and a thank-you card for our Assistant Manager, Katie. She expressed her thanks to Katie for going “above and beyond the call of duty” the previous evening. At closing time the customer had called the store in a panic saying that her husband was headed out of town early the next morning and the clothes he needed were still in the store. Katie volunteered to wait after closing the store until the customer arrived to give her the order. She was very grateful and impressed.

Warm weather is upon us. Now is the time that many of us switch to our warm weather wardrobe. This means that sweaters and jackets will probably move to the back of the closet or into a storage box or drawer. Before storage, it is an excellent idea to have those items cleaned and pressed. Spots or stains that are left on the garments for several months may prove to be impossible to remove later. In addition, food or beverage stains may attract insects, which could cause holes or other damage to the fabric. Be safe and bring your items in to Today Cleaners and have them fresh and ready to wear when the weather turns cool again. |

| At our Ming and New Stine store, customer Monte L. came by and shared with our Customer Service Supervisor that he has been coming to that store for over 10 years now. He said that the entire staff always gives him excellent customer service, and he thinks they are a “great bunch of people”, especially Dorelle, the Manager.
At the same store a customer was called shortly after dropping off his order. The clerk that detailed his order found some money in a pocket; a lot of money. She immediately gave the money to Dorelle who made the call. He returned right away. As he retrieved his cash, he told Dorelle that she made his day; he never would have believed an employee would display such a high level of integrity and do the right thing. He said this made him feel so good to do business with our company. That’s how Today Cleaners does business! |
