Riff Raff Run for the Verde Valley Humane Society
Cedric Nye of Camp Verde Rope & Gear is running for the Verde Valley Humane Society on Saturday, September 24th and is kindly donating all proceeds to the VVHS. The run is named after his friend Ian McClellan's late dog Riff Raff.
Cedric will be pulling a wagon (weighing 175 pounds) that his dog Luke loves riding in. Luke has hip dysplasia and Ced built a wagon so that when he takes out his furbaby, Ginny for a run, Luke can join them.
Ced's goal is a minimum of 10 miles and he plans to start in downtown Camp Verde, head down Main Street, out to Finnie Flat Road to 260, and then out toward Clear Creek. Ced will be videoing this run so you can enjoy it from wherever you are.
Ced is taking per-mile pledges and fixed donation amounts. Donations can be made to Cedric's paypal account - [email protected] - or you can donate directly on the VVHS web site donation page:
Please note "For Riff Raff Run" either way. If you donate on the VVHS web site, please take a screenshot of your donation receipt and message it to Ced, or email him so he can list you on the Donor Wall.
