Dear Neighbors
Seems like this is the first sunny weekend in a month!  Please enjoy the good weather and visit some of our local shops and participate in the area activities.  It's certainly fine for our geese visitors, and a local blue heron parent has been hanging around ditches with two teenagers.  If anyone has a photo of them, please share it with all of us.

Saturday in Beaver Creek 1/28/2017
 
Saturday, 1/28-A Local Author Fair is presented at the Beaver Creek Public/School Library from 12:30 to 2:30 PM.  Come meet 5 local authors from Beaver Creek and Camp Verde.  Please contact Librarian Bonnie Best for further information at 928-567-4034.  (See flyer below)

VVAC Featured Speaker
Saturday, 1/28-The Annual LMPOA Meeting starts at 3 PM in the Beaver Creek Adult Center. Guest speaker, Ken Zoll, Executive Director of VVAC, will present audio visual information on archaeology in the Verde Valley, the Verde Valley Archaeology Center (VVAC) and a new project that will be done in Lake Montezuma.  Introduced by Sharon Olsen.  Come enjoy the presentation and refreshments.
