Tomorrow,  Saturday, January 13th, Moon Hill Brewing Co. will brew a Black Ale Project beer.

The Black Ale Project is a craft beer initiative to raise money and awareness on behalf of U.S. war veterans. Proceeds from our beer will be donated to Gardner's Montachusett Veteran's Outreach Center (MVOC). Our beer will be called 'Got Your Six', will be ready to drink in about a month, and is a Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout. A tap in our pub will be dedicated to 'Got Your Six', an remain until the beer sells out.

Smith's Country Cheese Board for Two! $16
Bacon Gouda spread, Wachusett Country Cheddar, Gouda with salsa, hand sliced hard pepperoni, apple slices, apricot preserves, toast points, and crackers on a GAH cheese board.
 
Mustang Salad  $13
A bed of romaine is topped with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, chopped red onions and a Certified Angus Beef cheddar cheese burger cooked to your liking. Drizzled with house made barbecue sauce and topped with crispy fried onion straws. Served with your choice of dressing and a slice of house made brick oven bread.
 
Chicken Salad Sandwich $9
House made chicken salad (mayo, red onion and celery) sliced avocado and green leaf lettuce on a buttered and grilled cranberry ciabatta roll.
 
Chicken & Goat Cheese BLT $13
Grilled marinated chicken breast on a buttered and toasted hamburger bun with goat cheese (Westfield Farms, Hubbardston), bacon, lettuce, tomato, arugula and a relish of roasted tomatoes, garlic parsley, shallots and balsamic vinegar.
 
Eggplant Parm Thick Crust Pizza $14
House made pizza dough spread with Ale House pizza sauce, topped with
3-cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, asiago), fresh mozzarella, breaded fried eggplant and basil.
 
Stuffed Broiled Haddock Florentine $14
Haddock pieces topped with lobster, seafood and breadcrumb stuffing. Baked and served with a light drizzle of our finnan haddie (smoked haddock) sauce. Served with sautéed spinach and seasoned long grain rice.
