Today's is the Deadline to Register to Vote in Maryland's Primary

Dear Friends,

Today at 9 p.m. is the deadline to register online to vote in the April 26 primary. You may also change your party affiliation or address before 9 p.m. today as well.

Residents with a Maryland driver's license or MVA-issued ID may register to vote, change their address, or change their party affiliation Online Here.

Any registered voter may vote early before Election Day if they wish.  Early voting is from
Thursday, April 14, 2016 through Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 10 am until 8 pm.  The two local sites are the Bowie Gymnasium at 4100 Northview Drive and the Laurel-Beltsville Senior Activity Center at 7120 Contee Road. For more sites within the County or statewide, use this link.

You can also register to vote during early voting. To make the voting process quicker for you, the Maryland State Board of Elections encourages you to register to vote by the close of voter registration on April 5th.   However, if you can't register by that date, go to an early voting center in the county where you live and bring a document that proves where you live. This document can be your MVA issued license, ID card, or change of address card, or your paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address.
