Summer 2014 is just around the corner- it's going to be big!

2014 Summer Camp Orientation Meeting

 

Mark your calendars and tell your SPL, Scoutmaster, and other key youth and adult leaders - the 2014 Summer Camp Orientation Meeting is just around the corner!

 

The meeting will take place from 9:00 am to noon on Saturday, March 1st, at Base Camp.

 

Take a look at this flyer for a full agenda and map.

 

Units unable to attend will have their Leader's Guide packets mailed to the reservation contact person following the meeting.

 

High Adventure
Reservations

Reservations for Tomahawk's (Week Long) Older Scout High Adventure program open March 15th. Reservation forms and information will be included in your Leaders Guide Packet.

How to register for 2015:

 

Currently, any reserved campsite is available for the same unit for the same week in 2015 as 2014. 

 

After May 5th, any campsite that has not been reserved for 2015 is open to new units, or units wishing to change campsite/week.

 

Complete the 2015 Campsite Reservation Form and send it in, indicating your selected campsite and week.

 

Don't forget to mail in your $100 campsite reservation deposit within 10 days to complete your reservation. (Be sure to include a copy of the reservation form with your check.)
