Join us to hear how a group of Rwandan students at Southwestern Michigan College in the 90's were faced with an impossible situation, and how community member Ilene Sheffer took it upon herself to do everything she could to save them.

Help raise money for the Jewish Food Pantry by exploring your creative side and leaving at the end of the night with your own artwork! If painting is not for you, try your hand at the poker table and come play a hand or three.

Just like the weather, the challenges of the Jewish Federation change with every season. As it gets colder and the days get longer, our Federation sees a rise in the needs of our community for social service and food pantry support.

A gift to Federation is a gift of  TZEDAKAH(charity) and TIKKUN OLAM (repair the world). 

Just $6/month has a BIG impact! Here's what $6/month can do:


 

Provides a hot meal for a senior citizen at the Lunch 'n' Learn.
For some, this is the only hot meal they eat each month.


 

Gives a book every month to two local children through the PJ Library program


 

Sponsors an Israeli movie night
