We're getting ready for SPRINKLER PARKS this summer...check out these wet & wild ideas from our very own "Scooper" Hisako.
Hisako's Top Picks for some wet fun in the sun:
Deauville Park, Candiac: People come here from all over the South Shore!
Jubilee Park, Greenfield Park: Awesome wading pool with a slide!
Westmount Park, City of Westmount(at Sherbrooke St W): Easy to keep eye on kids. Small, sunken sprinkler park. Perfect for little ones
Recre-o-Parc, Ste. Catherine: You have to pay to go to the beach part of this park. Yes, the South Shore had a beach of their own, and it is well maintained!
Longueuil Regional Park: Huge! Lots of play structures, but no water park. That's okay. They have a building with a small cafeteria that serves ice cream to cool off instead!
Notre-Dame de Grace Park (on Girouard): Gate-enclosed play structures and a great sprinkler park. Worth the trek if you are coming from far away! I heard about it, and wasn't disappointed to have made the trek.
Centre de la Nature, Laval: Amazing play structures, spacious grounds for walks and picnics, a petting zoo, mini-train rides, this place has it all!
