The purpose of TouchStones is to  announce the special events or transitions that give our lives
In this way we  share with our Unity Community the news; for we can rejoice with each other, support each other in prayer and provide  information to those on our Newsletter list.

If you have news you wish to share please  email Unity of Prescott,

The Prayer of Faith
God is my help in every need;
God does my every hunger feed;
God walks beside me, guides my way
Through every moment of this day.
I now am wise, I now am true,
Patient and kind, and loving, too;
All things I am, can do, and be,
Through Christ the Truth, that is in me.
God is my health, I can't be sick;
God is my strength, unfailing, quick;
God is my all, I know no fear,
Since God and Love and Truth are here.

Unity is helping Texas storm survivors...

Our Unity of Prescott office has been in touch with Rev. Michael Gott, Senior Associate Minister at Unity of Houston. An inquiry was sent to Rev. Gott to see if it would help if we would ask our congregation to collect Target and/or Walmart gift cards and send them to Unity of Houston so that they can be distributed to those in need of help after the flooding in their part of Texas. Please see Rev. Gott's response below.

Anyone wishing to contribute to this effort, please bring gift cards to the Unity of Prescott office, and we will see that they get delivered to Unity of Houston.

Here is his response...

Thank you for your email and your heart.  I can feel your generosity in your offer to organize a gift card drive.  This sounds like a great idea. We are not yet able to get into our offices to meet and strategize on our relief efforts, so I don't know exactly what we will be doing in the coming time.  But I will not say no to this amazing gift.  If you organize and collect those cards, we will do our best to distribute them to folks in need.  Many of our own members and staff have lost everything in this devastating storm.  All help is appreciated.

Love and gratitude,
Rev. Michael Gott
