Well, I can't offer you a pant to go with the jacket made of Hemp, but I thought the Alter Ego 2.0 pants would be a good choice for this time of year.  These pants have panels that can be removed to allow for a lot of air flow so you can use them in warmer weather conditions.  But then, you can also use them in cooler weather and wet weather.  They include a windproof/waterproof liner that is removable.
