20th Anniversary Marks New Era for Touring & Tasting

  

Santa Barbara, CA - Touring & Tasting Marketing and Media, the leading provider of marketing and media services for the wine tourism industry, is preparing to celebrate its 20th Anniversary in 2015. Later this month, the company will unveil an impressive new menu of services designed to help clients meet their own goals for growth and success.

  

"When we started Touring & Tasting in 1995, we had an inkling that wine tourism was going to be big but we had no idea of the explosive growth ahead of us," Managing Partner Dan Fox says. "As the industry has evolved, Touring & Tasting has blossomed from a magazine for wine tourists into a diverse marketing and multi-media company - we've really been at the leading edge of wine tourism."  

  

From its home office in Santa Barbara, California, Touring & Tasting has established relationships with countless wineries, resorts, convention and visitors bureaus, vintner associations, and other wine country related businesses across the U.S. Touring & Tasting works with each individual client on multiple levels across print, digital, event and social media platforms. According to Fox, "Previously, we offered one or two bundled packages that a client could choose from. But because of our expansion and diversification, we are now able to work with each client to customize a program specifically for their needs. Clients love this new approach."

The calling card of the business remains the national edition of Touring & Tasting magazine. However, as part of their 20th Anniversary celebration, Touring & Tasting is launching a new regional edition in Spring 2015. Touring & Tasting's Northwest will mirror the quality and editorial style of the national publication, but focus exclusively on wineries, resorts, wine trails, and other wine country businesses in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Distribution will be exclusively focused on these three states. "Launching a series of regional publications is a great example of how we anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of the wine tourism industry and our clients," Fox says. "It's just one of the many exciting ways we plan to celebrate our milestone year."
