The 2016 U.S.-China Aviation Summit connected leaders from the U.S. private and public sectors with aviation decision-makers from China where they engaged in substantive discussions on aviation policies, technologies and best practices. 
At the Summit, participants collaborated on key issues such as environmental sustainability, air traffic management and delays, general aviation and safety.

Expression of Interest: EPC and O&M Contractors for Gas-Fired Power Plant in Nigeria
In 2014, USTDA funded the Royal Power Gas-Fired IPP Feasibility Study for the Royal Power Integrated and General Services Limited Company (RPIS), a private sector independent power producer and energy advisory company in Nigeria. The objective of the feasibility study was to assist RPIS in completing the technical and financial feasibility analyses that are required to obtain a power generation license from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), as obtaining a license is a prerequisite to enter into a power purchase agreement (PPA).

Mexico: International Competitive Tender: Shared Network (Red Compartida) for Telecommunications Services
The Government of Mexico, through the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT), has published an international competitive tender for the design, installation, operation and commercialization of a nationwide 4G mobile wholesale Shared Network (Red Compartida).

South Africa: Global Logistics Service Provider for Container Terminal Project
Transnet, a South African state-owned freight logistics company, recently issued a request for proposals for the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and eventual handover of an inland container terminal in Tambo-Springs. The objective of the project is to migrate rail-friendly cargo off the country's road network. The Tambo-Springs terminal will be located east of Johannesburg, in Ekurhuleni along the N3 motorway, near the Johannesburg-to-Durban rail corridor.
