Drive Sober
or Get Pulled Over
December 15, 2016 to January 1, 2017

The Destination Zero Deaths (DZD) team supports the nationwide Holiday Campaign
Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over - They Will See You Before You See Them from December 15 to January 1, 2017.  The holidays are known for being merry and bright, but also being the deadliest season when it comes to drunk driving.
Let's work together not to ruin the holiday cheer. In December 2015, 840 people died in drunk driving crashes. In Louisiana, around both Christmas and New Year's holidays, there were a total of 579 fatal and injury crashes, 82 (14%) of which were alcohol-involved crashes. Fourteen people died; 43% were alcohol-involved. Source: HSRG.
