Louisiana traffic safety grant applications for FY 2018 now accepted
The Louisiana Highway Safety Commission (LHSC) is now seeking program applications that help enhance the mission of changing driving behaviors and changing lives. This is open to all local, parish and state government agencies as well as non-profit organizations, universities, local school boards or schools, corporations, hospitals, highway safety advocacy groups and individuals committed to helping Louisiana improve traffic safety.   Read more.

Louisiana to present communications coordinating council's efforts at Lifesavers Conference 2017
 
The Louisiana Center for Transportation Safety (LCTS) will share some insight about the Strategic Highway Safety Plan's (SHSP) Communications Coordinating Council and its Destination Zero Deaths efforts of "Leveraging Partnerships to Expand Impact & Reach" at this year's Lifesavers Conference on March 26-27, 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This session is under the Communications track and is scheduled on Monday, March 27 at 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM.
