Industry Training That Supports Rapid Onboarding

(Argentum) The Argentum Sales Counselor Certificate Program training materials are designed to help build knowledge and competencies so that senior living professionals are able to speak with common vernacular from the very beginning of their employment, which leads to better performance, job satisfaction and retention. However, This training isn't just for new recruits; current and long-time employees can also benefit from what this program has to offer.

The course content includes self-paced, internet-based training modules and live online proctored testing. Participants may view the training modules in as many sessions as needed, and should expect to spend 3-4 hours total in taking the course.

Registration is open and available to anyone in the senior living industry with an interest in better communicating the value of senior living.

Registration is Open for Argentum's Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI)

Registration is open for Argentum's Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI) in Alexandria, VA on September 26-27, 2018.

This event is only open to Executive Directors who are currently employed in independent living, assisted living, CCRC, or memory care communities. The EDLI content is designed to assist Executive Directors in being more effective leaders, focusing on critical areas such as operations management, leadership, human resources, sales and marketing, clinical oversight, risk management, and more. Participants will qualify for up to 10.5 CEUs.
