Aimed at volunteer managers/coordinators and any organisation who uses volunteers, this course looks at how you sustain and value your volunteers.
By the end of the course participants will have an understanding of:
- How to value and sustain your volunteers through supervision and training.
- How to make sure your volunteers are making use of all their skills and experience whilst volunteering for you.
- How to listen to your volunteers
