Experiencing Transitions? Get Unstuck!
Transitions can be difficult at worst, exciting and natural at best. Sometimes people are forced into transition through death of a loved one, health crisis, divorce, job loss / early retirement, or a traumatic experience. Other times people willingly embrace transition, looking for a new career, embracing motherhood or fatherhood, launching a business, or experiencing a new life's adventure. In either case there are likely beliefs, outdated patterns, and fear of the unknown keeping you stuck, or preventing you from making your transition with grace and ease.
Ask yourself this: What is preventing you from getting unstuck and creating the life you want?
Transition takes many forms - physically, energetically, spiritually, emotionally, financially, relational and there are many ways to address it. No one method works for everyone.
Gathering Thyme has a roundtable panel discussion on Navigating Life's Transitions, May 10 from 7-9pm. Find out what healing modalities, lifestyle changes, and shifts in mental perspective, and emotional clearing can support you in your transition.

The Many Faces of Grief
... A Flower Essence Bar with Catherine Abby Rich

There are many faces of grief. From having one's home foreclosed upon, to divorce or watching one's aging parents decline, loss is not reserved for death itself. Yet, meeting death up close is profound for everyone. Whether we are facing a life threatening diagnosis ourselves or caretaking a beloved, loss of any kind is a game changer.
In this class, Catherine Abby will introduce us to flower essences and how they can support our walk through grief. Flower Essences are remedies which support emotional and spiritual balance. She will discuss a wide variety of flower essences applicable for the range of experiences concerning death and dieing or loss. Each participant is invited to make themselves a custom blended formula to take home.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises
Workshop April 28th in Corte Madera
TRE stands for Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises and has been developed by Dr. David Berceli. These exercises help individuals release stress or tension as a result of difficult life circumstances, immediate or prolonged stressful situations, or traumatic life experiences. TRE is a set of six simple exercises that help individuals release tension in the muscles, which in turn relaxes the anxiety of our minds, by evoking a muscular shaking process in the body.
