We are delighted to welcome a new friendly face to the 2B Well family! Selyna Tosch joins  Janell Teters and Nicole Hemingway for Front Desk and Business Center Support

A message from Selyna:
I am so happy to be a part of the 2BWell team! It's feels great to promote all the great things that our center has to offer. My passions include yoga, natural living, comedy, music, and (of course) Netflix. I was born and raised in Springfield, and it's an amazing place to grow with my family!

Bonnie has been helping individuals, couples, & families  for over 13 years!
Bonnie Baumberger began working in private practice in 2004, specializing in play therapy and child advocacy, and in 2009 started at Lakeland Regional Hospital, primarily with military families and children. Now semi-retired, Bonnie practices through Burrell Behavioral Health, where she serves as a Crisis Prevention Specialist. 
Bonnie has significant experience with a variety of counseling needs, including:

Eye Pillows and Bolster Covers made locally

Barb Miyake has been a yoga student at 2B Well for about 4 years.  She started in Betsy's Gentle yoga class and was hooked!  

Her first bolster was black and she was frustrated by how much lint it would pick up during class. That gave her the idea of making a cover to Velcro on that could easily be taken off and washed...and be decorative at the same time! 

Barb and husband, Jeff, who is also a yoga student at 2B Well, have 4 children, all married, and 7 amazing grandchildren. Besides spending time with family, Barb enjoys cooking, gardening, reading historical fiction, as well as other good books, and of course, sewing!  She learned to sew as a young woman in 4-H and finds it to be a relaxing and fulfilling hobby.
