Dear Community Leader,

The COUNTDOWN to the Trick-or-Treat on Lincoln Square has begun. This annual community event is a great opportunity for your business or organization. Your participation is the key to making this year's event a success.

Trick-or-Treat on Lincoln Square  provides the community with a safe place to bring children on Halloween. Local business and organizations are instrumental in the success of this event. All that is required of those businesses and organizations that participate is a willingness to hand out treats to the children visiting downtown. Over 2000 children and their families participated in Trick-or-Treat on the Square last Halloween. Each year this number grows, so expect an even bigger crowd this year!

The City of Hodgenville will be blocking off streets around Lincoln Square starting at 3:30pm to give the food vendor trucks time to set up and allow the children safe and easy access to all the stops. Trick-or-Treat time is set for 6:00pm-8:00pm on Monday, October 31 . Set up for tour stops will be 5:00pm-6:00pm. Our Costume Contest will begin promptly at 5:30pm. There will be no pre-registration for the Costume Contest, registration will be on that day from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
