ECW Bake Sale - Friday, November 17th

The ECW will host its annual Bake Sale on Friday, November 17, from 9: 00 a.m to 12 p.m in the Parish Hall. Ladies (and gentlemen!) are asked to cook one or two things to bring to the bake sale. Make your favorite dish! whatever it may be from soup to casseroles to bread and desserts. Please bring your items to the church by 8:30 am the day of or put them in the church kitchen before Friday the 17 th.

This event is open to the community, so it is good to have lots to offer for sale. We will have our “Getting -More -Famous” chicken gumbo for sale, too, along with raffle tickets for a chance on the Harvest Basket, filled with all kinds of goodies donated by parishioners and local artists and merchants. 

Proceeds from the sale are used to support outreach programs and missions, such as Stewpot, Habitat for Humanity, Pleasant Acres Day School, and others. 
Featured Items of the ECW Bake Sale:

  • "Getting-More-Famous" Chicken Gumbo - $16.00 per qt and $8.00 per pt. Get there early it goes quickly!

  • Harvest Basket filled with donations from parishioners and local artists and merchants.

  • Trinity Episcopal Church notecards and matching envelopes
These new Trinity Episcopal Church notecards feature an original watercolor/pen-and-ink design of Trinity Church and Kuehnle Hall by Will Smith Jr. of Natchez and New Orleans. The original art work, completed in 1996, hangs in the parish hall.

Note cards and matching envelopes are packed 5 to a set and sell for $10 per set. Think Christmas gifts! The note cards help promote the celebration of Trinity’s bicentennial, 1822-2022. You can also purchase these note cards from the church office.

Trinity Evangelism Committee Mini- Retreat
November 27 5:30- 7:00 pm
To kick off a holy Advent season that will nourish our souls in preparation for our year's labor ahead, a mini-retreat for those interested in the work of the Trinity Evangelism Committee will be held at the home of Ed and Kathleen Bond (902 State Street), 5:30-7:00 pm on Monday, November 27th.

Please prayerfully consider joining us and feel free to invite others. The fruits of the Advent discernment time will shape the Committee's plans and goals for 2018 and beyond.
Thanksgiving Community Service -Tuesday, November 21st
The Natchez Ministerial Alliance is hosting a Thanksgiving community service with guest speaker Bishop Stanley Searcy. The service is on Tuesday, November 21 st at 6:30 pm at The Community Chapel Church, 100 Oakland Drive on Morgan Town Road. This community worship service is open to all. There will be special music, refreshments, and fellowship.  
Your pledge is vital for the work that God has planned for Trinity Church

Please pray about and consider what you can and should do regarding your pledge for 2018. Trinity truly needs your assistance. You can send your completed pledge card via regular mail, or you can place it in the Sunday collection plate (in an envelope), or you can drop it by the church office.

 If you wish, you can simply email Ann O’Bryant at the church office and provide her with information about your pledge. You can email Ann here. If you do this, please request a return email verifying receipt of your pledge information— you never can be quite sure with email!

If you need a pledge card, you may pick one up at the church office or call Ann and ask her to mail one to you. The church office number is 601-445-8432. Thank you for what you do for Trinity. God appreciates it, and so do we!


Making your 2018 pledge online takes just a few minutes. To make your pledge online, go to the Trinity Church website  "Pledge / Donate" page by clicking here  . Enter the information requested on the form and click the  "Submit"  button. Your information will be instantly uploaded to Trinity Church. If you provide a preferred email address you will receive an email confirming that your information has been received. If needed, because of an error, you can submit another form. The church will accept the latest submission. If you need any assistance, please call the church at 601-445-8432.
