Trooper Dan Voelker, Master Instructor for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Training Center
NLBMDA is excited to announce that Trooper Dan Voelker will address attendees in just a couple of weeks! Trooper Voelker brings his professional experience and insights as Master Instructor for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Training Center to the ProDealer Industry Summit. He will provide insights only a seasoned inspector can share. Attendees will learn about common issues he and other safety inspectors find with flatbed trucks in general and with those carrying lumber and building materials in particular. Tpr. Voelker will also share lessons learned from the cargo securement focus of Roadcheck 2017, and most importantly, give us information we can use in our effort to be safe and be compliant on the roads and highways. By sharing what he sees and what he looks for, we stand to learn very practical dos and don’ts that we can share with our fleet managers, drivers and safety managers for improved safety and improved compliance outcomes.
