Hey,

Going on right now- a tri-axle dump truck carrying blacktop has crashed into the 3 bay Leithsville Fire Company quarters in Lower Saucon Township (PA), igniting the buidling on fire.
EMS has been requested for a burn victim and the fire company building is fully involved.
Multiple tanker trucks are reportedly setting up at Route 412 (Leithsville Road) and Hersh Lane, which is near the fire house for water supply. The Leithsville and Se-Wy-Co fire companies recently merged; a process that is expected to be completed next month but both stations were to be used as a part of the plan. We'll keep you advised regarding any injuries to Firefighters.

NH/MAINE LINE SUB FIRE

5 Firefighters were injured last night at a fire aboard the USS Miami nuclear-powered attack submarine dry-docked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard - but the reactor was not involved.
The ship's reactor was not operating at the time and is not affected. Firefighters were initially called to the shipyard just before 1800 for a report of a fire on a ship in dry dock.
The fire was located in the forward compartment of the ship and all nonessential personnel were ordered to evacuate. Companies from as north as South Portland (Maine) and Groton (CT) turned out.

DC FIREFIGHTERS DOWN:  A full shift of firefighters fell ill with symptoms of chemical exposure after working a fire yesterday. Around 2100 Wednesday, all eight firefighters from E-10 & T-13  had to be relieved by other fire crews. Those who fell ill complained of respiratory problems, vomiting, dizziness and burning eyes. They were taken to a clinic for observation as it was declared it a hazmat incident.
The firefighters became ill after fighting an apartment fire at about 1100 hours. They did not begin showing symptoms until evening as the Firefighters may have been affected to a home drug lab while fighting the fire.
