This Newsletter serves as a digest of some recent articles of significance to those (conservatives) supporting founding principles, traditional and moral values, more freedom and liberty and less government. It also informs us of information significant to the Michigan conservative movement, key pending legislation (Operation Watchdog), contains educational materials on the "permanant things": (Project Kirk) and alerts you to issues, information, positions and talking points (Project Friedman) that you might use to change public policies by changing public knowledge, beliefs and attitudes. We try to be succinct and link sources if you want more information. Opinions are generally headed or stated in

HB4430 by a vote of 107-1, a bill to ban "material support or resources" for warrantless federal surveillance programs. (learn more here). The bill is now in the Senate Judiciary committee where it needs to pass to move forward. Bill Here

Foster Friess proposes PatientsUSA
a one-line bill that requires healthcare providers to publish self-pay prices.
- A
clinic on one side of the street might change $5,000 for a procedure with 60% success. Another clininc across the street might charge $2800 for the same procedure qith 95% succes. We will neven know, because health care providers typically do not post prices or success rates.
The one-line bill reads: "All providers of healthcare products and services to the public are required by July 1, 2018, to publish on the internet and at the point of sale cash/self-pay prices, notwithstanding any existing federal regulations."
Foster hopes this one-line piece of legislation, which Americans of all political backgrounds support, will increase civility with Democrats and Republicans working together to pass the bill. MORE

++ School To Mass Murder Pipeline -
guest editorial by Ann Coulter: Nikolas Cruz's psychosis ended in a bloody massacre not only because of the stunning incompetence of the Broward County Sheriff's Department. It was also the result of liberal insanity working exactly as it was intended to.
School and law enforcement officials knew Cruz was a ticking
time bomb. They did nothing because of a deliberate, willful, bragged-about policy to end the "school-to-prison pipeline." This is the feature part of the story, not the bug part.
If Cruz had taken out full-page ads in the local newspapers, he could not have demonstrated more clearly that he was a dangerous psychotic. He assaulted students, cursed out
teachers, kicked in classroom doors, started fist fights, threw chairs, threatened to kill other students, mutilated small animals, pulled a rifle on his mother, drank gasoline and cut
himself, among other "red flags."
Over and over again, students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School reported Cruz's terrifying behavior to school administrators, including
Kelvin Greenleaf, "security specialist," and Peter Mahmood, head of JROTC.
At least three students sh
owed school administrators Cruz's near-constant messages threatening to kill them -- e.g., "I am going to enjoy seeing you down on the grass," "Im
going to watch you bleed," "I am going to shoot you dead" - including one that came with a photo of Cruz's guns. They warned school authorities that h
e was bringing weapons to
school. They filed written reports.
Threatening to kill someone is a felony. In addition to locking Cruz away for a while, having a felony record would have prevented him from purchasing a gun.
All the school had to
do was risk Cruz not going to college, and depriving Yale University of a Latino class member, by reporting a few of his felonies -- and there would have been no mass shooting...
(liberal think) it's the arrest -- not the behavior that led to the arrest -- that reduces a student's chance at a successful life... In the pursuit of a demented ideology, specific people
agreed not to report, arrest or prosecute dangerous students like Nikolas Cruz. (Thanks John)

Abraham Lincoln and Charles Darwin were born on the exact same day, FEBRUARY 12, 1809, but their lives had opposite effects.
Lincoln is best known for issuing the Emancipation Proclamation and freeing millions of slaves, claiming all men are created equal, as he stated in his Gettysburg Address,
November 19,1863:
Darwin's theory of evolution claims men were not created, instead they evolved, and men are not equal, as some are more evolved than others.
Darwin influenced Karl Marx, Engels, Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot, and others whose totalitarian regimes killed and enslaved millions.
Secretary Chase asked Lincoln to explain what prompted his position on Emancipation Proclamation, Lincoln replied: "I made a solemn vow before God, that if General Lee were driven back from Pennsylvania, I would crown the result by the declaration of freedom to the slaves."
Conversely, Darwin's theory influenced Margaret Sanger, who promoted "eugenics" and "forced sterilization" to eliminate inferior races. Sanger founded a 501(c)3 called Planned Parenthood.

The mantras from the left and never-trumpets espousing that Donald J. Trump was not qualified to be the President has been so-far proven quite wrong. President Donald J. Trump gave his first State of the Union Address last night. He successfully demonstrated exactly what it is to be a President in a constitutional republic.
The Cuban-Venezuelan Socialists wore black to the SOTU. Quite appropriate for mourning the death of the Neo-Democratic Party. Rendering boos at the President for suggesting our immigration policies should have a better vetting process was a strong indicator just how anti-US these Cuban-Venezuelan-socialists have become over the last three-decades.
That's probably why, despite being showered with Hollywood and other pervert dollars, the DNC isn't getting much citizen-based financial support these days.
While the left continues to hate you, me and our constitutional republic, but loves criminals; they continue to loathe the police, military, God, and any other authority and power that isn't of their own. And, not to diminish the outstanding acting talents of the late Bewitched actress Marion Lorne MacDougal, America's Aunt Clara replacement remained clueless throughout the SOTU speech. Americans are winning and that is viewed as a major threat to the Pelosi's, Schumer's and Bernie Sander's Neo-Socialists Party of America. More
