Celebrating Mom

Each year, we take one weekend in May to celebrate our moms. Of course mothers don't have to coddle us for just one weekend a year...we all know what a never-ending job it is...but somehow they don't give up on us. ;)

That stunning lady to the right is my mother. My momma. The lady that took care of me, loved me and possibly popped my behind just once for sneaking off from nighttime church to go swimming at Aunt Odra's...but I digress.

When you think of mothers, I hope you think of happiness and security.  I know I do.

From 231 South, take Barfield Crescent Road just past the park to a right onto Lone Oak. Make a left onto Dove Lane. Go straight down Dove Lane to a two story brick home with green shutters and a white front porch swing on the left side of the in the cul de sac. 

From 99, take Barfield (or Kimbro Road to Barfield) to a left onto Barfield Church Road. Take  a left onto Barfield Crescent Road and Lone Oak will be on your left just after the river but before you reach the park.

 

3238 Prater Court:

Take 231 South past Innsbrooke Kroger and Barfield Crescent Road. Just past Food Lion, take a right onto Lansden Drive. At the stop sign, take a right and 3238 is the second door in the first building of town homes.

From 99, take Barfield (or Kimbro Road to Barfield) to a left onto Barfield Church Road. Take  a left onto Barfield Crescent Road, pass the park and take a right on Jenkins Drive just past the park. Follow Jenkins around to Meigs on the left and then from Meigs take a left onto Prater.
