Stretch & Flex, Thurdays 10:15-11:15am

Stretching calms stress, reduces aches and pains, and promotes ease of movement. You will combat physical limitations caused by the aging process and feel better after lengthening tight and constricted muscles throughout the body.
This class is appropriate for all levels of students. It is active at a moderate pace. Modifications are offered for beginners and those with mild restrictions.
