14 & Under

Initial Tryout:  Saturday, Nov 5th 9:00am - 11:30am 

Call Back:      Saturday, Nov 5th 4:00pm - 5:00pm 

Make Up:       Sunday, Nov 6th 1:00pm - 2:00pm  

15 & Under 

Initial Tryout:  Saturday, Nov 5th 12:30pm - 3:00pm 

Call Back:      Saturday, Nov 5th 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

All tryouts will be conducted at the North Texas Sports Academy 

1036 S. Jupiter, Suite 100, Garland, TX 75042

The following steps are needed in order to attend tryouts

1. Fill out the  Tryout Registration form 

2. Pay online or bring cash or check for $75.00

Please make checks payable to Dallas Premier Volleyball.

3. Register with the North Texas Region

4. Print out and complete the Medical Release form
