Dear STS Parents,

On behalf of the faculty, I'd like to extend our appreciation to the first grade parents for the amazing lunch they prepared and served last week. The chili was sensational!

The week of 10/31, we will start posting a parent sign-up Genius for the parent / teacher conferences scheduled for the week of November 7th.

We hope you can join us for our first Town Hall meeting scheduled for this Thursday, 10/20 at 6:00 PM in the school Library. The focus of the meeting will be school safety.

Please note that copies of the 2016-2017 STS Parent Directory will be sent home with the children tomorrow.

A special thank you to Dr. Carl Steger of South Riding Family Dentistry and  father to Reagan and Campbell, for being the proud sponsor of this year's Battle of the Books team and sponsor of this week's All Pro Dad's breakfast on Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. We greatly appreciate your generous support of our wonderful school.

A reminder if you would like to see videos of your students in action follow us on Like us on Facebook or Follow us on Twitter.

God bless you,
Joseph M. McLaughlin,  Principal, Saint Timothy Catholic School

CL INIC UPDATE :

We have had a reported case of strep throat, and continue to see sore throat/cold symptoms.
A stomach virus was present in a small number of students; some with fever and without.

Concussion Awareness:
Please remember to let the school nurse know if a student has been diagnosed with a concussion from their physician.  It is helpful for school to know to assist the student with symptoms and/or  their workload while recovering. Any concussion orders or plans should be sent in to Mrs Snowden's attention.

PTO Celebrations :
On Thursday October 27th students will have a special lunch in celebration of Halloween. The PTO will be providing students with dessert and drinks regardless of whether they buy lunch or not. You will find a list of ingredients for each dessert on the Nurse Page on website. Students will also have their choice of regular milk, chocolate milk or water. Please make your teacher aware if you do not want your child to have the snack. Thank you
