Manitowoc Public School District (MPSD):  On April 3, residents in the MPSD will vote on an operating referendum seeking up to $3.5 million annually, for three years, to maintain existing programs, fund capital and technology needs, and retain quality staff. American Heart Association:  The 2018 edition of Heart-A-Rama - "Stay Classy Heart-A-Rama" - is in full swing! City of Two Rivers Rotary Club is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a regional technical college in Wisconsin. Applicants must be graduating students (June 2018) from  Two Rivers High School, applying to a technical college and beginning college study in Fall 2018. The application includes an essay, academic transcript, extracurricular activities and community service projects. Deadline to apply is April 16.
