HomeCare Health Services and Hospice : Change Lives...Including Your Own! Become a Hospice Volunteer! We are currently seeking hospice volunteers. This team provides services to clients in their own homes, group homes, assisted living and nursing homes. Lakeshore Humane Society (LHS) , 1551 N. 8th St., Manitowoc, is having a spooktacular special on cats' adoption fees. All adult (over a year old) and senior cats' fees are waived for October, and kittens' fees will only be $20! All cats and dogs are altered, microchipped and inoculated. Atrium Health & Senior Post Acute Care of Two Rivers and Atrium Senior Living and Northland Lodge will host a Community Medical Equipment Drive from 10:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday, October 28, at Northland Lodge, 2500 Garfield St., Two Rivers. Manitowoc Public Library and Dare to Dream Theatre invite you to celebrate the magic of the season with our very own Beauty and the Beast Halloween Masquerade! Come in costume! City of Two Rivers Senior Center is hosting a Trash to Treasure Sale on October 26, 8:30am - 4:00pm in the  Behringer Room at J.E. Hamilton Community House .  Stuff a bag for $2 on October 27, 8:00 - 9:00am. Collection - new or gently used treasures accepted Wednesday, October 25, 8:00am - 4:00pm. No clothing or electronics.  The Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Department is offering Snowmobile Safety Classes on three days: Tuesday, October 31, 6:00 - 8:30pm; Thursday, November 2, 6:00 - 8:30pm; and Saturday, November 4, 8:30 - 11:00am. Lincoln Park Zoological Society: Do you love Santa, pizza and the zoo? Then volunteer at Lights in Lincoln Park. We make Santa happy, feed you pizza, and support programs at the zoo!
