Mission Box
This week's mission box will support the FUMCH Madison Youth Ranch. The Ranch is a place of love and safety for children who are in desperate need of both. The focus of these funds will go toward making a difference in these children' s lives. Let 's continue in 2017 to show these children how much Trinity loves and cares for them. Mission Opportunity
Do you sponsor a child in Malawi through World Vision? Are you looking for something that will allow you to make a difference in someone's life? If you answered yes to either question, this trip might be for you! From August 12 - 27, we will be serving with Y-Malawi and World Vision in the villages of Nikoma and Chilenje on a medical and construction mission trip to host mobile medical clinics and assist in the construction of a Youth Camp. During this trip we will have the opportunity to visit with sponsor children that so many of you support.

To learn more about these opportunities (and others!) check out the missions web page. It provides information about our upcoming international mission trips and highlights some local mission opportunities. For more information, please contact Ted Grueser (416.3043).
Volunteering Opportunities
Faith Mission is a Trinity ministry that closely partners with the NE 15th Street neighborhood.  We have a wide variety of wonderful ways for Trinity members to get connected, develop spiritually, and make an impact.  You can see 18 different examples to serve or connect with Faith Mission on our updated Volunteer Opportunities page!  Just a few examples:
  • See "Making a Difference with Children & Youth" for ways to volunteer with the Kids Count after school program and with Howard Bishop Middle School.
  • Look at "Offering Hospitality" for opportunities that include organizing a meal for the LOF youth group and putting together personal item bags for children.
  • Check out "Helping Enhance Faith Mission's Facility" to find identifying opportunities where creativity is needed!
Take a look and see if there's something that moves you to get connected with Faith Mission, and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Ward anytime.
