Worship: Sundays @ 8:15, 9:40, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Glimpses of God
Jesus said to the disciples: "Allow the children to come to me....I assure you that whoever doesn't welcome God's kingdom like a child will never enter it."  As we begin a new school year, we'll take a lesson from our children and their childlike faith.  Sometimes our understanding of God is far too small and so, using some classic children's books, we'll look for glimpses of God in the stories we tell our children.  In this 4 week message series through September 3, we'll find that God is far bigger than we could ever imagine, while being challenged to have childlike faith.

This Sunday's sermon title is "Forgiving and Faithful," by Rev. Catherine Fluck Price, and based on the children's book, Mama, Do You Love Me? ( Psalm 103:1-14).
Mission Box
This week's Mission Box is for Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida. Childhood illness is an immensely difficult time for a family. The ability for families to stay together and be near their sick children can mean the world during this stressful time. Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida provides an opportunity for thousands of families who travel to Gainesville each year to take advantage of the medical expertise at UF Health Shands Children' s Hospital.   (text 2 give keyword: mcdonald).
