Worship: Sundays @ 8:15, 9:40, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Together: For the Sake of the World
You may be familiar with the hymn refrain "I am the church. You are the church. We are the church together. All who follow Jesus, all around the world, yes, we're the church together." It's a reminder that the church is not the property or the building, but the people. And a particular people that exist for the sake of the world. Don't miss worship this summer as we dig deeper into the letter to the Ephesians. It's a powerful little book in the New Testament that calls the church to unity, identifies the gifts given to members, and challenges us to live as new people who bless, encourage, and minister to others.

This Sunday's sermon is "More Than a Knock-Off," by Rev. Catherine Fluck Price.
Generosity Report
As we enter the second half of the 2018 fiscal year, Trinity would like to thank everyone who financially supports the ministries of the church. Your generosity is helping the church fulfill its mission of making disciples for the transformation of the world. At the end of June, the year-to-date income for the church is $1,359,296 and expenses are $1,413,889, representing a deficit of $54,593. While this is not unusual at this time of the summer, additional gifts between now and the end of August are welcomed and helpful in meeting ministry needs and obligations.

One of the ways your gifts are making a difference is in Trinity's ministries with 6th-12th grade youth. With the recent arrival of both Rebekah Saveland, Director of Youth Ministries, and Keven Braswell, Director of Sonlight, these are exciting and promising times. Check out this video from Rebekah and Keven sharing their enthusiasm for these ministries.
Mission Box
This weeks Mission Box is for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). UMCOR responds to natural or civil disasters of such magnitude that they overwhelm a community's ability to recover on its own. Through UMCOR, United Methodists extend loving care to people within the United States, as well as internationally. These beneficiaries are seen as partners, not victims, and UMCOR works to empower them. Wherever possible, UMCOR cooperates with other aid organizations to extend its reach. *Please note, if you are a member and did not have your photograph taken and would prefer not to have your contact information listed in the directory, please opt out by letting Jordyn know (376-6615).
