We all know her...The woman who isn't afraid to lead, who isn't afraid to speak up, and never shies away from serving her community...Now you can honor her! 
 
The Madam President event is only a few short months away.  If you know a Tulsa woman who fits the description above- nominate her! We  a re looking forward to honoring some of Tulsa's top women with this event. For more details visit our Madam President site.

What's Your Plan for Election Day?  
Election day is fast approaching.  Do you know where your polling place is?  Are you aware of the issues and candidates you are voting for?  Do you know when you are going to vote- before or after work?  On your lunch break?  Be prepared. Make a plan for Election day. Find resources here
  

 
Register Voters. Empower your Community.  
LWVMT will be holding Voter Registrar training on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  This service is open to the public and free of charge. To find dates and locations click here.  Space is limited and w e pro vide instructional packets so we ask that participants please RSVP by contacting the League office either via phone or email prior to the training.

Have you checked out vote411.org?  Vote411 is an excellent resource for voters.  On this site you can find your polling place, register to vote, find voting information by state or by topic and you can build your ballot with the online voters' guide.  Be sure to browse the website and get informed!
