At the Anniversary event, Vasco Borges, announced that the first three villas at Beach Enclave Long Bay, its second development, will be completed in the first quarter of 2018. Beach Enclave Long Bay consists of five luxury beachfront villas on Long Bay, located on the south side of Providenciales, a haven for water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers who desire a beach less traveled. He further announced that Beach Enclave Grace Bay, a 10 villa development located on perhaps the finest stretch of beach, on number one world ranked Grace Bay, will commence construction on its first villas, infrastructure and amenities such as tennis court and Children’s play area, this coming January. True to the brand concept, all Beach Enclave projects are low density. The custom designed luxury beachfront villas occupy 0.7 acres each on virtually private powder-soft stretches of sand.
