Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Enforcement on the Rise

Please join the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals - Twin Cities Chapter in a discussion led by George Martin of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, with the following panelists who will discuss various aspects of the FCPA and compliance:
