Gainesville, Virginia, February 25, 2015 ─ CALEA, the Gold Standard in Public Safety Accreditation, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Commissioners: Bartram Connelly, Chief of Police, Cape Coral, Florida; and Douglas Middleton, Chief of Police, Henrico County, Virginia.
